You can pull the HEATER/AC fuse in the I/P fuse block or you can pull the BLOWER fuse in the under hood fuse block.
This is a know issue and the likely problem is the blower motor resistor
has failed causing the blower to remain on high speed all the time
whether the vehicle is running or not.
You can do one of two things.
1. You can call your GM dealer and get all the updated parts (kit) and install them yourself
2.
for a bit less you can replace the blower resistor with an aftermarket
one and the problem will likley resolve itself. It will just be a
question of when will it happen again.
