I read the above answer and it feels on target for the realignment although I have never done a vette.

However, if the other question is that they run and won't turn off the most common problem is the "smart stick". That's the multi-function stick on the column that includes the wipers.

Should be available at most parts store reasonably. If you want to take a risk on that you can most likely find a you-tube somewhere describing it.

Good Luck!

Try this steps to adjust your wiper.
1. Place the keys in the ignition, turn the keys to accessory mode (key-on/engine off), and make sure the wiper motor switch is in the off position. Turn the ignition switch to the off position and remove the keys. The wiper arms are now in their parked position, although may not be properly aligned.
2. Access the bottom of the compromised wiper blade arm. You may have to open the hood or remove the wiper arm cowling (refer to the owners manual for the removal of the cowling on your specific vehicle if required).
3. Locate the retaining nut at the bottom of the wiper arm assembly. Some models will have a protective plastic cap covering the nut. Other vehicles may have a hinged cover that is part of the wiper arm itself. Pry the cap off with a straight-edge screwdriver or unsnap the hinged cover by prying it up from the bottom of the wiper arm with the screwdriver to reveal the retaining nut.
4. Hold the wiper arm stable with one hand and remove the nut with the ratchet and a socket with the other.
5. wiggle the wiper arm gently with one hand while gently prying the base of the arm off the splinter wiper arm stud. The stud has a small spline that holds the wiper arm in the correct position unless otherwise compromised. The wiper arm will feel secured to the stud, but the combination of wiggling gently and prying with the screwdriver will work to remove the arm.
6. Place the arm back into the splined wiper arm stud by positioning it in the off position. some vehicles may have a wiper arms stop that the arm rests in the off position. If so, make sure that the wiper arm is resting against the wiper arm stop when replacing it on the stud.
7. Replace the retaining nut and tighten with the ratchet socket. repaet this procedure with the other wiper arm if desired.
8. use 2 sets of pliers to bend the wiper arm back into position if the wiper arm has been bent. Hold the wiper arm with one set of pliers to anchor it and use the other set to bend it so the wiper is perpendicular to the windshield. If the arm is bent too badly, replacing the wiper arm maybe a more viable option.
9. Inspect the wiper blades.check them for tears in the rubber blades, dry cracking or flimsiness.Replace the wiper blades if necessary.

93 ford f150 supercab wipers not working but clicks when trun to high speed

Sounds like the wiper motor "transmission" has broken or malfunctioned. Many wipers "park" when turned off. That additional movement, lowering themselves onto their rests, is made possible by mechanics in the drive transmission portion of the windshield wiper motor assembly. Probably needs service or replacement. Look for the assembly under the hood on the firewall likely near the top edge adjacent to one of the wiper arm locations.

Windsheid wpier stop wirking in Audi A4 1999

How to change a wiper assembly & repair wiper mechanism on 1999 Audi A4

First time you must diagnose why windscreen wipers going slow and/or stopping.
In order to find out the cause of wipers stopping you can try follows:

1. Carefully extract the wiper arms from their axles (two pieces). In some cases you need to use an extracting tool. Heed of the windscreen !!!
2. Disassemble the plastic covers from the bottom of the windscreen.
3. With the bonnet up you can start the engine, (transmission in "N" or "P" position and parking brake on). Now you must switch on the control lever of the wipers, and go to the engine compartment. If the wiper motor runs let the wiper motor running for a few minutes and switch off. Go to the step 4. If the wiper motor do not runs you must check first the electrical feeding of the motor. It is necessary to unscrew three bolts of the mechanism and disconnect the electrical coupling (difficult assurance). If the electrical feeding is OK you must replace the motor - steps 5, 6, 7. If not you must check electrical connections, the control switch of wipers and electric cables.
4. Now you must check the two bearings of wiper mechanism with your hand. In the most cases the left bearing is out of order (is very hot). This is the most encountered fault of the wipers running at Audi.
5. For have enough space to manipulation the wiper motor together with their mechanism you must extract the plastic cover of the engine computer box, and extract also the box screws. Then you can move slowly the engine computer box, just for a few milimeters.
6. You must disconnect the electrical coupling of the motor (difficult assurance), unscrew three bolts of the mechanism and extract together with the motor. You must move them slowly between windscreen and engine computer box until the wiper motor go out together with the mechanism. This is the most difficult operation!
7. Now you can repair the bearings, replace entire wiper mechanism or replace the wiper motor. It is not very simply, but it works.
Heed of the windscreen !!!
Refit all in reverse order.

Windows, windsheid wipers and radio will not work

There should be a fuse box under the dash on passenger side. There are fuses to these and this is probably the issue. It may also be a wiring issue inside the fuse box.

My wiper trun on but when i shut them off they stay in the middle of the window

The wiper crank arm that is bolted to the wiper motor needs replaced. Also there is a tab on the wiper motor bracket that gets bent when the arm goes bad. Bend the tab back up so the new arm will contact the tab and the wipers will go down down when they park instead of up.
