Depending on when you get the squealing you could have a low or bad tire. Or you could have a loose or worn fan belt. The other possibility is that you have an alternator, water pump, or other component in the drive belt system that has a bad bearing or is starting to lock up. You need to check these to find the problem then you would be able to correct the proper thing. Good luck!
Most likely the fan belt or altenator belt, open the bonnet / hood and see if you can see the belts moving round, does it seem to get louder when you rev the engine? and then stop at times if so then 99% its the fan belt. if it still persits it could be the water pump so take a look under the car to see if any water is dripping out, if it is the water pump dont use the car as it could destroy the engine.
