Had the same problem. no radio, navigation interior lights etc. replaced 20 amp fuse labeled "back up" in the engine compartment fuse box and all checks good.
On a 2007 tribeca i found in the front fuse panel the fuse labeled backup 20 amp pulled it and reseated it the lights and radio work now
We have the exact same symptoms. Is there any update on this?

Look for a fuse under the hood in main fuse box labeled rear view. Replace it and should fix problem unless you have a short.

This is obviously an elctrical issue, but where to start...firstly, have you had any work done recently to the car, any electrical work ???? How long has the stereo been in the vehicle ???? Have you or anybody else checked anything out on this vehicle yet, have you taken it to a repair shop etc ????.......Just to give me an idea of what might be the problem, narrowing it down so to speak...
