There is a bolt kit available,in a few different sizes from 1 degree to 3 degrees I believe.This is for camber only,no caster adjustment is possible.
Also,alot of the alignment problem may be ride height,as the springs get weaker,the rear end sags and the camber goes negative. Often the camber can be corrected with a coil spring spacer .
You can tell if you were to put a jack under the center of the rear,take some weight off and you will see the camber come back.
