For 1995 Saturn SW1 1.9L MFI SOHC 4cyl the Flasher is located: Front seating area, center, under dash, front of console, mounted in junction block.

Good luck.

That sounds like the fuse box behind the access panel on the passender side of the console that I've been looking in. I don't see the flasher relay there, Nothing there looks like the replacement relay I have.

I found it. On the driver's side, pop off panel in the center console under the dash. Not on passenger side in fuse box. Flasher is behind a brace and a bit tricky to get to but you can do it. There's a retaining clip you have to free up before the flasher will come out.

I have a 1997 Chevy Lumina and the turn signals do not work. The hazards work, but can't see the lights on the dashboard. Also the horn does not work.

Question edited for a lot more clarity.
Question moved to model category.

It might be the flasher relay and it might be the horn relay although horns tend to seize up through lack of use. the flasher relay is is separate to the Hazards relay which is often part of the switch.

Where is turn signal fuse for 2005 Chevrolet Equinox?

Instrument panel fuse box,-- The instrument panel fuse block is located on the
passenger's side of the instrument panel. Turn and hazzards are in this fuse box. If no turn signals, it may be a bad flasher unit or relay. Good-Day! The relays are in under hood fuse box.

Where is flasher relay on 1995 Taurus?

An electronic combination turn signal and emergency warning flasher is attached to the lower left instrument panel reinforcement above the fuse panel.
The turn signal unit is located on the LH side of the instrument panel. The combination turn signal and hazard flasher can be removed by pressing the plastic retaining clip and pulling straight rearward. One phillips® head or regular screw has to be removed from the retaining bracket. It's square not round !

Hi, i got a Saturn LS 2 1998, and i need to change the electronic flasher. i would like to know its location. I've been told it might in the dash board area, I don't know where. Please...

Hope this helps!

The turn signal flasher is located in the IPJB. Check the label on the back of the trim panel for the exact location on your vehicle.

To replace the flasher, simply grasp and pull it straight out. Align the contacts on the replacement flasher with its mounting position in the IPJB, then push it in place.

Instrument Panel Junction Block (IPJB)

  1. Remove the lower right trim panel from the instrument panel center column. Separate the Velcro™ fastener at the bottom of the trim panel and carefully unsnap the top corners of the panel from the fasteners.
  2. Remove the applicable fuse or relay from the IPJB, based on the identification label located on the back of the trim panel. A plastic puller is also located on the trim panel to ease fuse removal.
  3. Installation is the reverse of removal

Need to change flasher relay in 1997 Mercury Grand marquis . where is it?

From the 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis 4.6L SFI 8cyl repair manual, the Flasher is located behind left side of instrument panel. The turn signal and emergency flashers are attached to the interior fuse panel. They are replaced in the same manner as the fuses and circuit breakers.

No turn signals or hazard lights

Check the FLASHER, also can review the Fuses, located inside the passenger compartment, under the drivers-side of the instrument panel.

Both the turn signal flasher and the hazard warning flasher are mounted on the fuse panel on the truck. To gain access to the fuse panel, remove the cover from the lower edge of the instrument panel below the steering column. First remove the two fasteners from the lower edge of the cover. Then pull the cover downward until the spring clips disengage from the instrument panel.

The turn signal flasher unit is mounted on the front of the fuse panel, and the hazard warning flasher is mounted on the rear of the fuse panel.

To access the fuses, remove the fuse panel cover. Note the spare fuses (A) and provided fuse puller tool

Fuse panel and power distribution box identification for 1995-99 Explorer/Mountaineer models-Part 3

Power Distribution Box
Located under the hood, in the engine compartment. It houses the fuses and relays for most of the under hood components which are not controlled by a dash mounted switch (such as the alternator, fuel pump, ECM, etc.). The fuses and relays are replaced in the same manner as the fuse panel inside the vehicle. The power distribution box cover is hinged on one end and utilizes a retaining latch on the other. Simply release the latch and lift the cover up to gain access to the fuses and relays.

91 Chevy K5 Blazer turn signal flasher

located under the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. The fuse block should be visible from underneath the steering column, near the pedal bracket.

47a6e67.gif
Some models may use an underhood fuse/relay panel

If the panel is not visible, check for a removable compartment door or trim panel which may used on later models to hide the block. This panel is usually located on the left end of the instrument panel.
The convenience center is located just below the instrument panel on the drivers side. It contains individual relays such as the seat belt and ignition key alarm, and flasher.
On newer model vehicles there is an underhood fuse/relay center contains both mini and maxi fuses, as well as some relays.

Replacement The turn signal and hazard flasher units are usually located in the convenience center located just below the instrument panel on the drivers side. Replace the flasher by unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one. Confirm proper flasher operation.
