look under the hood on the drivers side you will find the main fuse box , take the lid off , the fuse loctions are on a decal under the lid

DRL module.
wires and connectors
HL switch
HL Fuses.

the FSM covers this ,so does alldata.com (log in?)
i have a 04, and the relay are on cab left fuse box.
mine has DRL, dayligh running lights option (i hate it)
does yours. its very much different, and DRL is way less reliable.
the DRLs love to MELT on Suzuki cars. (trash)
I'lll ASSume its non DRL here i the drawing,

as you can see there is just 1 relay. no DRL.
the engine size also dictates the fuse box size.
as does other major options. but if you open
your operators guide, it will have the fuse blow drawing there
and the relay shown.
the DRL module is just to right of steering shaft behind dash.
the Relays are just above left toe (USA CARS) and at Fuse box
(the boxes vary , so get the operators guide for your car, matching your engine. mines H25, below is simple non DRL.
the fsm covers it 100% get that.

Just a thought, but is the engine number in your log book / title paperwork along with the VIN

Should be hidden up under the dashboard where you can't see it, and almost can't reach it!

Here's a clue.
If your 4-way emergency flashers work, turn them on.
They should "click."
Follow that sound, use a strong flashlight.
Look at where you hear that sound coming from.
The regular flasher relay should be really close to that working relay. They may even be the same shape and color and size.
Helps to have a really small person helping, cause it is really hard to see up under the dash.

1. ECM is located behind the center console panel. For this inspection, remove the center console under cover.

its on the drivers side dashboard accesible with the door open only, open the door and look at the face the plastic cover pops off but gently as there are 2 plastic lugs that can break but are easy to repair.Under the steering whell area is another bank of fuses&relays.

Relay 109 right? It's under the driver's side dash. It's about 1"x1" and either light gray or black. www.tdiclub.com has tons of useful info!

starter is located on the lower passenger side of the engine on the tranny side underneather. you may have to remove skid plate or protective panels if so equipped
