I need help i just instulled a used radiator, after i got it in and hooked up i started the car and it gave me a code p0301 p0201 and p0443, well i went to the junk yard and got a coil for the missfire plug 1 but now i still have a circut problem on the injector no.1 and to top it off i have a purge control valve circut malfu. now when i did the radiator i hook the battery positive post and with my wrench shorted the coil housing so could that be the problem or when i removed the ecm would that have caused the problem or does it seem that it has somthing to do with it i have a computor checker to read the codes after changing the coil i only have code p0201 and p0443 and the car is running rought at idle
P0201 Injector Valve 1 Voltage High C-20
P0201 Injector Valve 1 Voltage Low C-20
P0201 Injector Valve 1 Open Circuit C-20 ================================ and for the code is P0443:
P0443 Fuel Tank Ventilation Valve Voltage High C-29
P0443 Fuel Tank Ventilation Valve Voltage Low C-29
P0443 Fuel Tank Ventilation Open Circuit C-29...........
there is value failure in your car...........................

I would try disconnecting battery again. Disconnect both cables and touch them together for a few seconds. This will reset all modules. Wierd that you had so many codes after just disconnecting battery. Sometimes very hard to tell if ecm is bad.
I will give you what the codes mean and you can then work out what to replace.
code p0171 refers to system too lean--bank 1===causes intake / exhaust leak---AIR system---MAF/VAF sensor---fuel pressure/pump---injector/s---HO2s
code p0201 refers to injector 1--circuit malfunction===causes--- wiring--injector ---ECM
code p0202 refers to injector 2 --circuit malfunction===causes --wiring---injector--ECM
code p0203efers to injector 3 --circuit malfunction===causes---wiring--- injector --ECM
code p0204 refers to injector 4 --circuit malfunction===causes ---wiring ---injector ---ECM
code po321 refers to crank shaft position (CKP) sensor/engine speed (RPM) sensor---range / performance problem===causes---air gap---metal particle contamination---insecure sensor /rotor --wiring---CKP/RPM sensor.
P0300?? Multiple Cylinder Misfire
P0301?? Cylinder #1 Misfire
P0307?? Cylinder #7 Misfire
are the codes start with the basics inspect plugs wires cap rotor and if all checks out do a compression test
P0201 is a cylinder 1 injector circuit malfunction. p0301 is cylinder 1 misfire. The first thing to do is check to see that the fuel injector wire is connected good. One would think the injector problem caused the misfire in the same cylinder, Not always the case, It could be the other way around. Since it has the original plugs, I would change them before Thursday.Double check all the spark plug wires for damage and make sure they are connected good at both ends.With any luck this will fix the misfire and you won't have to have it towed.Good luck and let me know if any of this helps.
