How do i get my brake light to go out if they stay on

Hi!!
On the upper brake pedal, there is a switch with an electrical plug, that's the Brake Lights Switch, make sure the switch is pushed in when the pedal is not being pressed. If light stays on, unplug electrical connector and replace switch. By disconnecting the brake light switch, the lights will go off.
