My first thought was voltage regulator, but your new alternator (with integral voltage regulator) eliminated that - #2 on the list is : incorrectly routed, missing, or worn-out (slipping) drive belt.
The alternator in your car is driven by the "Drive belt," meaning that its powered by the engine
(via power applied to drive belt by the crankshaft pulley).
If your drive belt squeals loudly when you step on the gas, then its slipping badly.
You would need to tension it properly, or apply "Belt Conditioner" spray to the belt, or possibly replace the belt entirely.
Try running another earth cable from the engine back to the battery and see what happens ,if that fails the replace the thick heavy cable from the + on the alternator straight to the positive on the battery that will cure it for sure

Was there a problem before you bought the new battery and alternator and, if yes, what was going on? If not, I recommend you take the alternator back for testing. It's the only thing I can see that would explain the problem you are having now.
