E200 kompressor, engine temperature goes up & down from 40-80 degrees. have you any idea?

I'm fairly sure what you described is normal operation.
The thermostat opens at 195-197 degrees and the radiator fan kicks on around 225 degrees. So the normal range is between those numbers. And the coolant tank would rise when you turn the engine off because it stops flowing.
As long as the temp stays under 220 and you are not losing coolant you should be ok.

check the engine temperature sensor ?

it takes 5.5 L for engine and filter,
To drain the engine oil you have to remove the under engine cover to reach the drain plug.

100 degrees is the normal operating temperature for the motor. If it goes higher than that, the thermostate needs to be replaced. The temperature will be higher on the highway because the engine is producing more heat energy due to the higher load on the motor. Diesels idle cooler and the engine will cool down at idle or lower speeds. That is why it is best not to idle your car for long periods of time because this will cause deposits in the engine and glaze the cylinders. The engine is working normal from what you described and there is no reason to worry. I hope this helped.

250 DEGREES ENGINE GETTING TOO HOT.SOUND LIKE CLUTCH FAN FREEWHEEL.IF CLUTCH FAN DONT LOCK IN OR HAVE RESISTANCE TURNING BY HAND WHEN ENGINE HOT.FAN CLUTCH IS BAD.IF FAN CLUTCH OKAY COOLANT LEVEL CORRECT.I WOULD CHANGE THERMOSTAT FLUSH OUT ENGINE AND RADIATOR.IF ENGINE TEMPERATURE STILL READS 250 DEGREES OVER FLOW JUG OR RESERVOIR NOT BOILING OVER THE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR FAULTY.

had the same problem, car would not rev above 4000 rpm, they changed the engine air mass metre

If this is a diesel model you may have a glow plug that needs replacing

my door locks are having problems , sounds like a machine gun going off when they lock
