That shows the window motor and wiring are good leaving one of the switches. There should be battery and ground at both switch connectors check to make sure, check switches, find the battery terminal on the switch use a test light to check the other 2 terminals as you move the switch it should light in both directions, Now locate the ground wire it has to be the other (middle) wire by connecting the ground clip on the test light to the positive wire you just checked, then check the ground side of the switch the same way as the battery side. Think of a domino with 6 dots one middle dot is battery and the other middle dot is ground when the switch is moved the upper or lower outside dots get battery and ground at the same time when the switch is moved the other direction the other outside dots get the power and ground. I hope this helps. Take care.
i would check the fuses for the passenger and passenger side front windows. It doesn't sound like a motor issue as both sides aren't responding. since both sides are not working it most likely isn't the switches. it might be the regulator, however, it's suspect that both side are failing at the same time seems to be a fuse issue.
I would look at this first and then work my way through the system.
I have the same problem try this pull the swith out of the door panel. without disconecting on the bottom side of the connector i ran a long piece of wire from the neg batt terminal to the black wire the windows worked a broken or damaged ground seems to be common.the driver door i pull out the locking clip on the connector wich gave me better access to the black wire
The wires run under the front seats. They start at the drivers side and travel under the plastic panel at the door jam, then cross over to the other side. then they go forward and back to the doors and other electrical devices in the car. these wires can break anywhere. but usually at the door jams. Corners mostly. You will need an electrical schematic and ohm/volt meter to trace the wires. Also a piece of wire about 5 feet long and lots of time. This not a fuse or relay problem as all the doors work off one circuit breaker. If it went bad then none of the doors would work. Let me know, I can help. also there is the slight possibility that both motors went out at the same time. Randy
ur ductwork under the dash is disconected or the part that you switch's to the diff vents broke off. when u pull the part out of the dash, there might be a metal bar attached to it. that might of broke off. if its all wires attached to it. then it might be the part that the wires plug in to
ck for power in the up and down positions at motor... one wire will lite up and the other wire will down... if no power up try looking at the wires in the door jam there covered by a rubber boot... if power to motor in both directions then its the motor
if you disconect the wires going into the seat belt return box theres a wire connevtion going into it. disconect it and check to make sure its clean. and replace it connections are in good condition
same problem here there are wires under the drivers carpet open that up and you will se alot of wires disconected cinnect them and you will be good to go but now when i connected the wires my windows dont work
