My dad had the same problem but only when he turned the steering wheel, in the end he found the problem was the spool of wire inside the steering wheel, the plastic coating had worn off and was shorting. If you do decide to take off the steering wheel then before you do anything then disconnect the positive battery terminal under the seat so that the airbag does not deploy. if this is not the source of the problem then it may be a problem with wiring somewhere else or mayby even a faulty horn. Hope this helps.
Hi,
There would only be three (3) possibilities for a continuous blowing of horn:
1. defective/shorted horn relay ( very unlikely);
2. defective/shorted horn switch (very likely); and/or
3. shorted/grounded wiring (likely).
The horn switch is the contact switch normally embedded into the steering wheel.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.
