It is a good possibility that the lubricating oil supply to the turbo bearings is leaking out and this is being drawn into the air inlet and being burnt by the engine. Fixing or replacing the turbo should be your first point of action. Once this problem is solved the catalyst will likely cure itself once it is hot enough to 'burn' off the contamination. A good long run with the 'new' turbo fitted should help here. You do not state if your car is petrol or diesel. If diesel then you are lucky not to have encountered a 'run away' condition in which the engine begins to ignite the lubricating oil and uses it as an alternative fuel source. Under these conditions the engine will not switch off but continues to **** in more and more oil producing huge clouds of smoke. The engine will run until all the oil is finished and then the engine seizes up due to loss of lubrication.

No Chance at all, Its oil leaking into turbo from seal, Burned da tubo Eh. To check, remove turbo and start, loud as all hell but no smoke and you have found the problem, If not check piston rings, valves. ie check compression and check vacuum with gauge.

Will not start when hot after about 15min. If I pour cold water on injection pump area it will start

Replace the pump. Don't forget to thank the engineer to came up with this piece of junk. I'm doing one now. Heats up and throws white smoke. Starving for fuel, turbo's kick off. Cat codes, DPF codes. The guy already spent $4500 on turbo's and every sensor on the exhaust system. No fix.

Oil has flooded into the turbo and now will or start

If oil has flooded the turbo the chances are it has also fouled the spark plugs and some will have found its way into the exhaust, fouling the oxygen sensors and cat.

The first task will be to discover where the oil came from and carry out necessary repairs..
Overfull is a possibility, blocked engine breather is another. Abnormally high oil pressure due to a stuck relief valve, blocked turbo drain and/or a failed turbo oil seal are a few other possibilities.

Once the main fault has been cured it will be time to begin discovering how much damage has been done and to get the engine started.

Y is water cuming out of da water bottle when hot I put new water pump and did da head never send 4r presure test but ders no signs of oil and water mixing and my fans on all da time but heat gage go pass...

You can have a head gasket problem or head problem without oil and water mixing, it is very likely to be the gasket but if you are driving it like it, will ruin the head if it's aluminium!!

Heyyy..... i bought a 2007 model ford ikon flair 1.3 rocam, 2 weeks ago. Now its giving me heating problem... i have to fill in water daily. Water vanishes very quickly in about 2 days... and the fan...

Sounds like a head gasket to me. if you go thru that much water in two days you should be seeing white smoke out the exhaust system.
Good luck
