try to jump start your car see if the interior lights are real dim headligjhts maybe you drained your battery too much or burned your alternator also check the fuse for your alternator see if blew hope this helps also check the fuse for your battery and check make sure the terminals are tight not dirty

1994 subaru legacy wagon 2wd auto leaking oil, after installing new valve cover gaskets, cam seal, and timing belt.

probably resulting in bad instalation !
i sugest you to klean the area with large amount of break kleaner and then drive the car to find the exact location of leakage to make the repair easy ...could also just try to tigntnig a bit all the screws again!

I have a 1994 subaru legacy wagon heater

Hello, from your description it sounds like your hot/cold blend door actuator is acting up, could be any number of reasons, and it's not that uncommon. Worst case scenario is that the heater box is broken or worn out and the entire dash would have to come out just to get to the heater box. Most independent shops can diagnose this problem fairly quickly. I hope this info helps...(subytech1)...

Boost spiking/ over boosting

replace the wastegate vacum lines or wastegate acuator. if they leak it raises the boost. Let me know if its not that.
