What can I do to clear a brake light on the dash ? The hand brake functions but when releases the park brake light does not go out. There is no heat build up in the hub so I'm certain the brake has released. Is ther a fuse or process to fllow to clear the light ?

Your parking brake cable is connected at one end to the release handle and the other end to the pedal ratchet mechanism. If you get your head under the dash you should be able to see where the cable used to attach and pull the lever with your hand or pair of pliers to get the pedal to release. You might have to remove a trim panel to get to it, but it is possible to do.
When you release the parking brake (while keeping the handle pulled) reach down or use your foot and pull the parking brake pedal up . If the light goes off, the switch needs adjustment
find there is a micro switch on system that puts light on and off ,but also chek your brake fluid level
check brake fluid
find switch see is it operating when you release brake normally on hand brake mechanism
Foot Park Brake...
There should be a release lever(not the main release) up at the top of the park brake arm, under the dash. Its small, 1.5 to 2 inches long. I recommend using a screwdriver to "flip It", keeping your fingers and hand and your face for that matter, away from the arm. It is spring loaded and will release/move very fast. Also it could just be that someone unitentionally stepped on the pedal really hard, and it will take the same amount of foot pressure to release it while pulling on the release handle.
Hand Park Brake...
Again the same principle applies. It will take the same pressure applied to release it. Push in ******* the release while pulling up ******* the handle. This one can also be released by using a screwdriver to pop the the locking tab.
There is no hand brake. It is foot operated. The pedal will be on the driver side kick panel, and the release handle is under the dash in the same area.
For the time being, you can crawl down under the dash, follow the parking brake cable and see where it connects to the brake mechanism under the dash. You will be able to pull or pry on that part in order to release the parking brake. To replace, remove the cable from the points where it's attached (dash, brake release mechanism) and reinstall the new one.
The Parking brake light can be set on if the cable to the brake has become loose, or if it stuck on. Check first to make sure the parking brake pedal is released fully, sometimes it will need to be manually pulled back as the tension becomes les on the cable. The drivers dooradjar light is telling you that most likely the door switch on the front dash panel on the door jamb is not functioning, replacing the switch should certainly turn the light off.
