Is your soft top not working it's not the faulty relay, it's control by electronic control unit, it's call soft top control unit, so first do one thing, open boot and have a look, there are one separation lid which is winding like cover, you must have close your boot separation lid buy pulling it out and hang it on hook which is locate both side back in boot, there are two hooks for hookup the separation roller lid,you pull it out and hookup it on two hooks, and close boot then operate roof if still roof not working it's need to be diagnose because there are many sensors and switches are fitted in this system if one switch or sensor not work your roof will not longer be opening and also there are any hydraulic oil leaking or lack of oil in the pump, it will not work, so in this case you must drive your car to the authorized Mercedes workshop who have the right diagnose tool knowledge for this particular car,

My Mercedes CLK 320 convertable the windows open everytime i hit a bump on the road

Most convertibles have a relay that drops the windows a bit as you open the top. Bad relay could do this.

Clk 230 roof

Looks like a failed relay:
"I sat in the car and started pushing the roll bar button. We heard a click every time I pushed it. My brother was at the back of the car and was trying to hear where the clicking was coming from. He realized it was coming from a relay switch so he took a screwdriver and tapped the top of the relay and **BAM** everything starts working! So through that we realized it was a bad relay".

Hi i have a clk soft top year 2000 i have taken battery off to re charge it ive put it back and the seat wont move either way and the gear select will not move out of park only when i insert a pen and push...

Re-moving the battery has reset all all the memory settings to a factory default, the only way around it is to talk to Mercedes. Its all very similar to removing your battery without making sure you know the radio code, but, thanks to mercedes, more expensive.

How tor resync convertible top button switch flashes

The soft top control module should reset every time the ignition switch is off and the key is pulled out. There are two types of flashes. If the switch flashes fast it means the luggage cover in the trunk is not in place. If the light flashes slow it means there is an electrical problem. Meaning the control module is not seeing one of the micro-switches in the correct position. You can try manually opening and closing the soft top by locating the pressure relief screw in the back of the trunk. There will be a little flap of carpet towards the left center. Use a flat blade screwdriver to turn the bleeder screw to the left. This allows the hydraulic fluid to bypass the pump so that the top can be moved manually. You will need a 5mm allen to unlock/lock the latches.. Double check in the owners manual there might be illustrations I can't remember for sure if it does or doesn't.

Error message about trunk partitioner when trying to open soft top on MB clk 320

The microswitch in the trunk is probably failing. Its just a pin switch. Get a new one and install. Its meant to warn you if there is something in the way.
