Where is the heater blower fan fuse on a 1995 Astro van?

Fuse 12 HTR/AC in the instrument panel box, and there is also an HVAC fuse in the under hood fuse box. These vehicles had trouble with the plugs that connect to the blower motor resistor, and the blower motor, located just below the blower motor under the hood on the passenger side.

Should be under the hood on the passenger's side. 4 screws that hold it in place and one plug. Remove the screws, unplug it, remove it.

If for some reason it's under the dash on the passenger's side. Same procedure. Just might to remove the plastic cover over it.

Front a/c blower motor not working, rear blower motor works fine on 2000 astro van, how do I fix it?

check the resistors located under the hood, passenger side in the air box. two screws hold it in place as well as a wire harness to un-plug. common problem on gm and chrysler.
If thats not broke and rusted, then check the motor, fuse, and the relay.
