I have a Ford F250, 2002 super duty v-10. My battery died and I tried jumping it but the alarm sounded. (I never received the push button entry thing). I bought this truck used and need to know how to imobilize the alarm so it will start? Help!!!!

Depending on the alarm system, there may be a valet button under the dash on the driver's side near the stearing column. You will need to put your key in the ignition, turn the key to the on position and then press the button in.

I am not real familiar with Hybrids. In general, to go to a default setting you would disconnect the regular battery for at least 10 seconds and the systems should reboot. It does not cost to try this.
Do you have a keyless entry? You could try to enter your vehicle using the keypad on the drivers side door, This should turn off the anti-theft security.
