How old & what condition is the battery,on an LS they only seen to last 4.5 years
Try only one Ford- approved PATS key that is programmed & you know has been working & nothing else nearby, such as a key chain with other objects
Does the LED indicator flash rapidly or glow steady for 3 seconds, with key in Run or Start ,if so, you got problems & will need a scan tool to get the codes,not a code reader.

Need at least 2 keys programmed to system
You got at least 7 fuses to check on 2 of the 3 junction blocks (fuses)
If the alarm light is blinking, then the issue could be with the vehicle immobilizer or key. The key may need rematching to the vehicle's ECU, which will need reprograming by the manufacturer service centre.
Well its cranking so not the starter and its got the juice so not the battery maybe. Check to see if its got the correct voltage to kick it over. Could be a fuel problem replace plugs wires and fuel filter. Also check you oil level maybe its low and wont start bc its low. I think it has a oil level sensor that may prevent it from turning over.
