The fuse you are looking for is in the fuse panel inside the vehicle. Below is a diagram of the fuse layout and the fuse you are looking for will be the fuse in the number 17 position and should be a 15 amp fuse. This should be in your owners manual if you have one. Do you have an owners manual? Should be in there if you do. If you don't the best I can try to do to help you is this: the only layout I have is for the 1996 Taurus and I don't know if it's the same or not but you can give it a try. When you are looking in the fuse box look where the fuse section, not at the relay section of the fuse box. They are lined up on the bottom and there should be 4 rows of fuses 8 in each row except for the last row to the right which has 9 in that row. The wiper/washer fuse is in the first row (to the left) the 4th one down from the top. It is a 30 amp fuse. Like I said this is for the 96 model Taurus so I can't be for sure that the layout for the 95's are the same. I hope they are for your sake as you will be able to check it. It would be easier if you mention what device you're working with and I can tell you what number location it's fuse is at. Symbols are only there to confuse the hell out of you, although it's true purpose is to be recognized as a global standard. Now if you want to make it easier for yourself, buying a Bentley's repair manual is the only way to go. I hate to tell you that there are no free manuals you can down load, it cost money and someones time to upload a manual just to share it freely on the net.
for a wiring diagram you could go to autozone and get one from alldata. also try to find someone that has the same vehicle and check it out and take some pictures.
You may have to try hemmings or chiltons for something that old, or a shot in the dark here maybe a chevy dealer thats been in business a long time may still have the books on what your looking for, or maybe an old retired michanic around the neighbor hood, I know the 2 i mention might charge for that info but it might be your only recourse.
maybe these peoples can help you with this they only sell GM parts and maybe they can e-mail you or fax you something the number is 1-800-292-1032 and by the way the name is schram auto and truck parts .
