Sounds like you may have bent a shift fork or your cluster gear has some missing teeth on it now. I would venture to say that is it a bent shift fork. This will require the transmission be removed to gain access to inspect and repair.

it sounds like you have 2 bad gears, 2nd gear may be fine for an hour or for ten years, theres no telling on that. your reverse gear is probably shelled out. your best bet is to rebould your transmission or buy a new one, sorry

I hope when the first clutch was replaced the throw out bearing was replaced. It sounds like you are either riding the clutch (foot resting on clutch pedal and partially depressing the clutch during normal driving) or the adjustment is incorrect. The throwout bearing should not contact the pressure plate unless the clutch pedal is depressed when adjusted correctly. The constant contact is what wears the bearing out prematurely.
