Headlight problem Lows and highs are two different bulbs all together. I did replace one low beam bulb just to make sure - still not on.

That's wear let me take a look on my repair manual and will inform you if i find any thing

    ok acording to my repair manual your head light switch is on the left hand side of dash and the dimer switch to go low and high is mounted on the side of the steering colum you need to remove the cover plastic under the steering wheel and locate the dimer switch and see if it clicks when you try to go low and high if it not click then loose the two bolts holding it and move it towards the sterring wheel and tie the switch then try your head lights

    but if it clicks then replace the dimer switch.

    you will located the switch most likelly on the left side of steering column and it has a linkage coming from the handle to the swicht so when you try to go from high to low will move the linkage
