The only one to be concerned about right off isP0603 "Control Module long term reset". Once this is figured out the other codes will probably clear.
Possible causes Loose or poor battery terminal connection Low battery charge Engine Control Module (ECM) / Powertrain Control Module (PCM) power supply circuit is open or shorted ECM/PCM Programing Faulty ECM/PCM

SOURCE: Can anyone tell me what the following codes are on
Firstly, they are al P type codes, which refers to PCM.
P0139 - HO2S (Heated Oxygen Sensor) Slow Response Bank 1 Sensor 2. This is is the sensor in front of the catalytic converter.
P0603 - Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory error. This error normally comes up when the battery is disconnected.
P1139 - HO2S (Heated Oxygen Sensor) Insufficent Switching Bank 1 Sensor 2. (see above)
P1599 - Engine Stall or Near Stall Detected.
I hope this helps.....I would attempt erasing the codes first and see if they come back, and then going from there.
