Buick Lesabre 1999 - 3800 my 1 & 4 coil pack not firing why?

i bet it is the ignition module, have it tested at oreillys or autozone, it is what the coils bolt to, common failure, or possibly a crank sensor

1999 k15000 305 engine. miss firing on no. 3 and 5 cylinders. put new plugs wires cap and button. Put in new injector pump still not firing on 3 and 5

The most likely problem is that coil pack is bad these two are paired on the same coil so replace the 3/5 coil pack if you let it keep going it will damage the other coils or the diode plate which costs another $75.00 Buy From GM not aftermarket. Also get dielectric grease to put on the boots of the plug wires both ends

Two cylinders won;t fire

if you have already replaced the plugs and wires, 1st check that all connectors are properly attached to the coil packs. if that is all ok, you should change BOTH coil packs. when they begin to go bad, they will only send spark to one plug.

CHANGED WIRES TO PLUGS WANT VERFIY PROPER LOCATION TO COILS

have a look at the coil pack... it is numbered... now if it's like a 95 windstar the engineers had a sense of humour. it is 1 2 3 down one side then 4 6 5 down the other.... i didn't notice this when i changed my coil pack and couldn't figure out why it was missing.
