Bank one is on the drivers side.

Which engine 2.8 , 3.6 , or 6.0 L ? 3.6 has two - bank 1 an bank 2 one on each side of the block . Looking at the repair manual all three engines have two an located in the same place , one on each side of the engine block . You will need to jack up the vehicle an crawl under it to see them .

One crank sensor. It needs to go on a scanner. Both sensors are probably OK. Your problem is most likely the timing chains or guides. If ti were the crank sensor, it wouldn't start. Cam sensor would throw a cam code. Correlation means the crank and cam are not in sync. If you have VVT, it could be the actuator.

If the sensors were replaced an DTC'S come back has to be a wiring problem or PCM ,
The ECM detects that the HO2S heater low control circuit voltage is between 2.6-4.6 volts when the heater is commanded OFF, indicating an open HO2S heater circuit.
Is the fuse open?
All four codes refer to the heating element circuit ! there is a relay in the under hood fuse box that supplies B+ voltage to the O2 sensor heating elements . I would change that or test the relay , videos on you tube on testing relays .

There are two locatons for the fuse and relay llocations one is under the hood on the passenger side and the other is under the back seat!!!

Bank one is the side with cylinder one, and sensor two is after the catalytic converter.

both pertain to the heated o2 sensor// bank 2 -sensor 2 -their is a malfunction with the heated sensor behind the cat converter either wiring problem or bad sensor--check wiring and or sensor for problem

Bank 2 Sensor 1 is on the driver side - follow the right side of the engine down the headers which attaches to the catalytic converter. The o2 Sensor you're asking about (Bank 2 Sensor 1) is before the Catalytic. The o2 Sensor after the Catalytic is Bank 2 Sensor 2. Bank 1 Sensor 1 is on the passenger side as well as Bank 1 Sensor 2.
