Does it work pressing the button on the driver's door armrest? Check the fuse for that window. Also check continuity of the wires or the wires that go from the door to the door frame? Constant open and closing can break wires.
I have a 2005 ES330. Pressing and holding the button also opens my sunroof. It is very useful in the heat of the summer.
Have you tried pushing the unlock twice on the fob? Most vehicles work in this way, push the button once and the drivers door unlocks, push it twice and all of the doors unlock. If this does not work for your vehicle you might get ahold of your local dealership and see if they can program the body control module to operate how you want it to.
Insert key into and remove it from ignition more than six times in 10 seconds. When the hazards lights will flash twice insert key into ignition and turn to ACC position.

Close then open the drivers door twice. B. Insert the key into ignition and leave it in ignition. C. Close the drivers door. D. Turn the ignition to ON (Do NOT Start) then back to OFF. E. Remove the key from the ignition. 5. Within 3 seconds, the power door locks should lock then unlock automatically indicating successful entry into programming mode. Return to step 1 if the locks do not cycle at this point. 6. Perform these steps within 40 seconds. A. Press the lock and unlock buttons on the remtoe simutaneously for 1.5 seconds. B. Immediately after letting go of the lock and unlock buttons, Press the lock button by itself and hold for 2 seconds. Within 3 seconds, the door locks should lock and then unlock once indicating successful programming. If the door locks cycle twice, repeat steps A and B in step 6 as the remote was not accepted. C. Repeat steps A and B in step 6 for each new remote. 7. Open drivers door.
Programming When Key added or replaced. System malfunction. How Driver's door open and key removed from ignition switch. Insert key into ignition switch, then remove it. Within 5 seconds: Insert key into ignition switch, then remove it. Within 40 seconds: Close and open driver's door twice. Insert key into ignition switch, then remove it. Within 40 seconds: Close and open driver's door twice. Insert key into ignition switch. Close driver's door. Switch ignition ON and OFF once to program a new key code whilst retaining the original codes or twice to program a new key code whilst erasing the original codes. Remove key. System should now lock and unlock vehicle, once or twice depending which mode has been selected. Carry out the following button procedure within 40 seconds: Press key lock or unlock button once. Within 3 seconds: Press same key lock or unlock button once. System should now lock and unlock vehicle. NOTE: If system locks and unlocks vehicle twice, programming procedure has not been completed. Repeat button procedure. If required repeat button procedure to program remaining keys. NOTE: To exit programming mode: Open driver's door. NOTE: A maximum of 4 keys can be programmed

turn key twice when opening, ie turn right. once drivers door will unlock, turn twice passengers doors will unlock, and locking is turn anti clock wise once will lock all doors, turn twice will set door dead locks.dead locks will stop openand lock internal button working and handle from opening door. the same actions can be applied to the remote one press drivers door, two press passenger doors, press and hold unlock button for 5 seconds and rear window will open.
Step 2: Lock and unlock the driver’s door using the power door lock switch on the door.
Step 3: Insert key into the ignition.
Step 4: Turn key to on position and return to off position. (IMPORTANT - use ON position NOT ACC position). Do this 3 times within 10 seconds. Leave key in the ignition.
Step 5: Open and close the driver’s door 3 times. (Door should be left open after this step).
Step 6: ECU should respond by locking and unlocking the doors.
Step 7: Press any button on remote #1 twice. ECU responds by locking and unlocking the car doors.
Step 8: Press any button on remote #2 (etc.) twice. Each time the ECU will respond by locking & unlocking the doors.
Step 9: Remove the key from the ignition and the ECU will respond a final time with a series of door locks and unlocks. You're done!
