How do you replace ignition switch on 1991 honda accord?

Just take apart everything behind the steering wheel. Once you get the covers off it should be relativly easy to replace.

1999 Honda Accord Ex coupe drivers window doesn't stop at the top anymore. it clicks. Took door panel off and noticed the ''banana'' looking toothed part looks very worn. Can I get parts just to fix that...

Sounds to me that you just need to replace the wheel hub from the traction, any window company will come to your home and do this job for $30. or you can do it your self by taken off the wheel assemly out. You can find this part at autozone or dealer ship, you want it new so no junk will help.

I have problem mi 91 honda accord ex coupe has vibration when im driving 55 & up im replaced l/f axle, control arm & balance the tires

Is there vibration in steering wheel? Check for bent wheel then check axle...again. Remans are not always good and new ones are just a bit more expensive. Also, check the output shaft bearing for excess play. Also try rotating tires to confirm it's not there.

Steering wheel shutters/hard to turn

sadly it sounds like the rack and pinion is going bad..rebuilt units are available ...you'll need a 4 wheel alignment after replacement.  Get this fixed as it very dangerous and will only get worse
