Don't have a diagram.

Remove drain plug from oil pan. This is the lowest part of the engine. Looks like a pan. There is a drain screw. Remove the screw and let all the oil drips out unitl it completely stops dripping. Then put the plug back in.

Then grab the oil filter. Usually orange, whilte, blue, or black. Turn it counter-clockwise until it comes off. Once it is off, let it completely drain. Put the new filter on.

Put in 5 quarts of oil. Let it sit for 5 minutes and check it. See if oil needs to be added. 5 or 5 1/2 quarts. Owners manual will tell you how much for your car. 5 - 5 1/2 quarts is most common.

Need diagram to change oil for a 2005 Chrylser

Drive car on ramps or 2 2x12s reach behind oil pan remove bolt drain hot oil from car that has just been driven.into pan. When oil is just dripping very slow say 15 min replace plug. Now just behind front bumper next to engine is an oil filter remove it with an oil filter wrench. Make sure the gasket came off with the filter or just reach up with a clean rag and wipe the housing it will fall off if you touch it. Put oil on gasket of new filter and screw it on when the gasket touches the housing go 3/4 s of a turn more. Put in about 5-1/2 to6 quarts of 10w 30 oil. Start engine for a min ck for leaks shut off and ck dip stick and make sure it reads full after sitting 5 min or so to let oil dip down into pan

Diagram for changing the oil

you probably won't need a diagram. If you know where the oil pan is. Under the car. There is the oil pan and it has a plug. Put an oil change container under it and remove the plug with a wrench. Let the oil drain out. Replace the plug. You should replace the oil filter too with each oil change. Then after replacing the plug and installing a new oil filter. Put in 4 quarts of oil into the engine by removing the oil cap on top of the valve covers. And your done. check the oil after running the car a while to see if it does not need more oil. Do NOT OVERFILL!! That can ruin the gaskets and an oil leak can occur. I hope this helps you. You can go to autozone .com if you need more info. Just click on the DIY and repair guide.

Transfer case oil change- 1999 Land Rover Discovery II

No need for a diagram, to drain the oil, there's a drain plug on the bottom of the transfer box, under the handbrake drum. To fill, the fill plug is about in line with the centre of the handbrake drum and to the left. I think both plugs are 1/2" square. Fill to overflow with Texaco Multi-Gear 75W/90R. Takes about 2L or so.
