You probably need the egr valve changed or the passages beneath it cleaned of carbon deposits that are blocking up the passage of exhaust gas back into the engine. It's an important emission control device that reduces pollution by lowering combustion temperatures. When they get plugged up, it can cause stalling, so I would have it serviced.
THe engine light is an indicator that the computer has found sensor/s out of parameters during it's continuous system checking. It is telling you to have the codes read and replace the faulty unit. By what you say the failing sensor is causing your problem
the fact that you replaced the sensor and the same code is there means the sensor is functioning ok, you have another problem, code readers just tell you what caused the mil light to go on, not the problem, for that you have to scan the engine on a reader and get readings from sensors and actuators, it could be a plug, vacuum leak egr malfunction, injector malfunctioon to name a few, do yourself a favor and get the engine analysed
Follow your plug wires to your coil packs. Your coil packs are attached to the ignition module. There will two wires running form ignition module right to the crankshaft position sensor which should be in the engine block
Check for a faulty oil pressure sending unit on engine block. Also check for a bad connection between the oil pressure sending unit and the wireing. Hope this will help.
