SOURCE: Had brake hose and electronic

I am not sure why the brake control module was replaced but it is located in the engine compartment on the right front fender. You will have to jack the vehicle up to get to it.Just follow the brake lines. The module has to be programmed after replacement. Also the brake pedal position sensor has to be calibrated. This has to be done at the dealership. The first thing you should do is get the codes and let me know what the code is.I can get back to you and let you know what the next step you should take.Just because the light is on does not mean you have to replace the electronic control module. That is why it is important to get the codes first.Hope this helps.Good luck.

My 2013 Cadillac CTS the heat and air buttons and temperature change buttons won't light up but the air is on full blast without any of those working what is wrong

Check all of the fuses that mention Body Control Module. There are a lot! One of them does Climate Control.

It is a very complicated vehicle electronically and you probably need an auto electrician.

All brake lights and traction light Or on the dash and my brake lights will not work 2006 Cadillac CTS

The traction control system is part of ABS control module an if the light is on there is A DTC - diagnostic trouble code stored in the EBCM - electronic brake control module ! The brake pedal position sensor is an input to the EBCM , when you press the brake pedal the EBCM then energizes the BAS relay in the left rear fuse box turning on the brake lamps !
There could be a DTC like
DTC B3903
The electronic brake control module (EBCM) supplies voltage to the BAS relay coil side voltage supply circuit when the stop lamps are active. The coil side control circuit of the BASS relay is permanently grounded at G402.
DTC Descriptor
This diagnostic procedure supports the following DTC:
DTC B3903 Stop Lamp Relay Circuit
Or
DTC C0278
The brake pedal position sensor (BPP) is a potentiometer. The electronic brake control module (EBCM) supplies a 5-volt reference circuit and low reference circuit to the BPP sensor. The BPP sensor signal circuit is a direct input to the EBCM. The EBCM determines the BPP based on the voltage from the BPP sensor. The EBCM converts the BPP sensor feed back voltage to a digital signal and puts it on the class 2 communication bus.
DTC C0282 Brake Pedal Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
DTC C0283 Brake Pedal Position Sensor Circuit Low
DTC C0284 Brake Pedal Position Sensor Circuit High
DTC C0880 Device Voltage Reference Output 2 Circuit
You may want to take this to the dealer !

if your vehicle has a light control module, I would be thinking seriously about it as there seems to a lot of problems concerning GM light modules.

Where is my abs/tcs module on my 05 devile

{: ) The ABS/TCS module (or the Electronic Brake Control Module- EBCM ) is located at the front left lower corner of the engine compartment, under the air cleaner housing. The EBCM is attached to the brake pressure modulator valve. See sample diagram:

All my rear lights are working, but my brake lights dont "brighten" when I step on the brake

First off, are the proper bulbs installed? They will have 2 elements inside. If yes, your brake light actuator needs replacing. (switch located under dash, the brake peddal hits it when you step on the brakes)

Service Stability Sys and Service Brake Asst message

This usually happens when one or more of the wheel speed sensors is not reporting correctly and/or the brake control module has a fault.
First, check your tire pressure, as this can cause this to happen.
Next have the ABS codes scanned. This will tell you more clearly what is happening.

C1243 - BPMV Pump Motor Stalled1999 cadillac deville

BPMV = Brake Pressure Modulator Valve.

Part of the anti-lock brakes and traction control system.
The BPMV is located at the left hand front corner of the engine compartment, attached to the EBTCM (electronic brake control module).

CAUTION: For safety reasons, the brake pressure modulator valve assembly must not be repaired, the complete unit must be replaced. With the exception of the EBTCM ,no screws on the brake pressure modulator valve assembly may be loosened. If screws are loosened, it will not be possible to get the brake circuits leak-tight and personal injury may result.
