try rotating your tires from front to back, so as to eliminate the possibility of a broken belt in a tire. See if your shaking moves. Hope this helps.

There are a number of things that could cause a front end vibration, and while it may seem to be coming from the left front, it may not necessarily be so. That said, however, lets list them from the left front first.

1. I am assuming this is a 2WD vehicle, as 20 inch rims on a 4x4 are odd to say the least. Therefore, it is possible that the front bearings were not adjusted properly when installing the new front rotor. Too loose or too tight could bring on the issue. Jack the left front corner up and try to shake the wheel side-to-side and up-and-down. If it only shakes side-to-side, it could be the outer tie rod end. If it only shakes up and down, check the upper and lower ball joints. If ot goes both ways, it's probably the bearings. Chances are if you felt the vibration, readjustment won't be enough. You'll probably have to have the bearings replaced.

2. Be sure that the wheel is fastened properly to the hub. If it has gotten wedged or skewed, it could cause issues (not likely).

3. Check the idler arm for excessive wear. When this wears out, the tires will constantly track in (or out) depending on alignment, then "jump" back to straight, causing a shake in the steering.

Was driveshaft new & balanced? If so, and tires & wheels are balanced & "TRUE" (not bent) you might have a wheel bearing going bad.

P0404 may be the valve sticking or not operating correctly. I hope you bought at least a AC DELCO valve, all others are not good enough. As for the car shaking @ 70 maybe they did not balance the tires good enough, have them drive it and recommend what to do, maybe you have a bad tire.

Steering wheel tremble, or shaking, can usually be attributed to the fornt tires being out of balance, or, the tires themselves may be out of round, or, a rim could be bent.

I would suggest that you take the vehicle to a tire shop, and get the front tires spun-balanced. During that procedure, the tech will see if the balance is incorrect, the rim is bent, or if the tire is out of round.

Even if you have 'new' tires, an internal issue inside the tire could be the culprit.

Your best course of action is to get it to a tire shop, and get the above items checked out.

The actual disc rotors have warped with heat (eg, driving with foot lightly on brake pedal). Easy fix, take it to a brake shop and get them to true the rotors. In New Zealand, we have guys that come to you to do it but essentially, they use a lathe and trim disc provided it doesn't go below manufacturers specs for thickness.

You need to have the front end inspected for damaged steering components. Check your Tie Rod ends, A frame bushings and ball joints to make sure there isn't excessive wear or lose connections. If all of that is in good working order Drive down the road with a friend in the next lane over and have them look to see if either wheel in bouncing. If either wheel is bouncing you need to replace the struts. they are replaced in pairs, both sides. The front end will need to be aligned after you do this.

Sounds like it has a hard miss. Any engine codes? more info is needed there are a lot of things that could be wrong.
