There is a relay as well as a solonoid I beleive and I would check both. The clicking could also be when you are trying to turn it over it click because it doesnt have sufficient battery power orthere could be a bad connection some where where mit is shorting out. I would check the connection at the starter to see that it is not all corroded or broken.

I would say it is most likely the ignition switch at this point. That is what I would go to next from what you have told me its sounds like the next plausible step to take.

Turned high beams on 1 night, headlights started flickering, turned back to low, was fine. Now they do it on both, and I hear a clicking coming from behind the dash near glovebox? They do not go out all...

The clicking sound is the headlight relay / thermal limit switch -- probably faulty. The light switch operates this relay -- something could be overheating or the relay coil could be faulty and not holding the realy contacts closed. Sounds like replacing the relay would be the most likely solution.

I need help trying to locate the fuel fuse and relay on a 1996 GMC Jimmy 6 cylinder 4.3 engine

In the glovebox are multiple relays. One of which is the fuelpump relay. They are all the same you can swap one for the other. There is a fuse panel on outside of the driver side of dash towards the door. It has a panel that can be removed. On the inside of panel cover is a sticker,it shows the fuse locations by number.

Can't find location of turn signal flasher

It should be behind the glovebox area, up under the dash. My friend has a 99 Blazer, and I could hear his in the dash when I rode with him yesterday.
