The fuel pump is electric and is inside the gas tank, the gas tank must be removed from the truck to replace it.

Where is the pcm located

Have you tried resetting the Inertia switch? This switch will cut off power to the fuel pump. It is usually behind one of the kick-panels. It is a safety switch and has a reset button on it. It can trip by mistake when you shut a door or make any impact motion. It is suppose to prevent gas fires in an accident.

Have a 96 ford f250,cannot get fuel to carburator, wheres fuel relay and how do i solve my problem

First you'll want to check all your fuses in the interior fuse panel and replace any that are questionable. the fuel pump relay is located under the hood, sometimes mounted on the firewall but usually located in the main fuse box under the hood. After checking the fuses, put your keys in the ignition and turn it to K>O>E>O. Key On Engine Off, and listen to see if you hear the in tank fuel pump start buzzing and then cut off. It doesn't stay on at that point, it's just pressuring up the fuel system preparing to start. It might take a couple of times until you hear it. If you don't hear anything at all, and your fuses are good, Your in tank fuel pump is the more likely the culprit. It's about due for one being that its 13 years old. Merry Christmas.

No power to fuel injectors

Determin if the injector operating:
  1. disconnect the injector electrical connector and measure the resistance of each injector with an ohmmeter. Compare the measurement with the resistance value Specifications are 11 to 18 ohms.
  2. Replace any injector whose resistance value does not fall within the specifications.
If the injector was not operating but the resistance reading was within specifications, the PCM Powertrain Control Module (PCM) or the circuit to the injector may be faulty.

Check the ignition fuse located in the engine compartment fuse center. Also. check the fuel pump relay.
Note: The fuel pump relay is located behind the radio in the center of the instrument panel.

If the relays are good and the fuel pump does not operate. check the fuel pump circuit. If the wiring and the connectors are
good, replace the fuel pump.
