I replaced the water pump of my 1995 Saab 900 SE. Since I was there already, I replaced the spark plugs as well. After that I noticed the engine runs rough especially going up hill. All vaccum lines appear to be in place and I can not figure out what is causing its roughness and an almost unperceptible puttering as it goes runs. Any help will be humbly appreciatd.

It sounds like you may have a vacuum leak at the throttle body, inlet manifold or associated hoses. If there is no leak, recheck the spark plugs to ensure you set the correct gap on the new spark plugs.

I have a 1995 Saab 900 SE V-6 2.5 Auto with no spark to the plugs

Did you check the oil. It has a low oil shut down feature. Below 1 quart low, ignition is disabled.

I need an engine diagram for a 1995 saab 900 se V6

A SAAB dealer should be able to print one out for you. BTW that engine is practically identical to the V6 used in a caddy Catera, and Saturn Ion. Those diagrams would be the same, so you might want to search that also.

Saab 95, 900 SE

If you are on your original fuel pump, be advised that they are known to last, on average, about 100,000 miles. Another common fault, besides that and the direct ignition cassette you have already mentioned, is the crankshaft position sensor. The prelude to total failure of this component may prevent starting or cause stalling and rough running. The ECU needs the signal from this sensor to know when to signal the DIC to fire a particular plug.

Fuel pump "mount" inside gas tank of Saab 900SE V6

To replace the fuel pump from above, without dropping the tank, you must cut your own access hole. Here is a complete illustrated tutorial for the procedure, including replacement of the pump insert itself.
