I have a 91 accord that's driving me crazy and broke! I have replaced the distributor, cap, button, plugs, wires, main relay, fuel pump and filter, and the computer to get this thing to start. It's getting spark but the fuel pump isn't coming on when I try to start it? All the parts are new Wich has been costly! It just won't start? But if you spray starting fluid in the intake it will start until it burns off the fluid? Frankly I am completely at my end with this thing! I really need help figuring this thing out!

OK, I see the relay you're talking about. It takes orders from the ECM. Same orders go to the starter. So the starter cranks, right? And both fuse 2 and 28 are good? Can you check for voltage at the fuel pump connector using a test light? Maybe the problem is with the wire that goes from the relay to the pump. That is the only thing I can see that would prevent the pump from working. Or, it could be the ground wire from the motor to ground. See diagram below.

You've already eliminated the spark plug & wireset, distributor cap & rotor.
Sounds like your car needs a tune-up, specifically, the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve, and/of the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve.

Components checked/replaced during a tune-up are:
air filter
motor oil
motor oil filter
breather filter
fuel filter(s)
fuel strainer
PCV valve
EGR valve
spark plugs
spark plug wires
ECM or distributor cap & rotor
cabin air filter
transmission oil filter
transmission oil
engine coolant
check all vacuum hoses and lines

Could very well be the main relay, limiting power to all the electronics in your car, causing the problems you've mentioned. Have it repaired or replaced.

My 1992 accord will not start. cranks over but no spark to plugs and not getting any fuel.

no spark means bad coil, also check for cracked distributor cap. No fuel could mean fuel pump not gettin power or it is gone. or clogged fuel filter.l

91 accord will crank but STILL not start

cars wont start without fuel so it could always be A) fuel pump B) fuel filter C) fuel injecters dirty. any one of these will cause fuel not to reach your spark plugs and cause then eng not to start

MY 1994 HONDA ACCORD WONT START THE D4 LIGHT COMES ON IVE CHANGED THE MAIN RELAY SWITCH,AND THE FUEL PUMP.BUT I STILL CANT HEAR THE FUEL PUMP TURN ON. WHY?

Check to see if you have spark to your spark plugs. On hondas if you have no spark it wont let the fuel pump get power. This is controlled by a small part in the distributor called the ignitor by honda and ignition module in aftermarket terms. when this part goes bad you wont have spark or fuel. it is a pretty expensive part. sometimes its cheaper to get a used distributor at the junk yard and change the whole thing. also make sure your timing belt hasnt snapped cause if it did your distributor wont turn and you will get the same results. take the distributor cap off and check and see if the rotor spins while someone is cranking the engine. if it doesnt turn your timing belt is broke or your camshaft broke in half. broken camshafts are a common problem with 95 accords. If none of this helps you may have a wiring problem or even your cars computer may have taken a dump
