I am not getting any spark at the dist.cap. I have replaced the the coil, crank position sensor ,dist cap and module.... could it be anything else besides a bad ECM???
Problem solved!!! After taking the jeep to the shop. We discovered that there was water in the bottom of the fuse box. It was shorting out before it got to the fuse box. After drying it out it started right up.... Thanks for all the help though.....

Have replaced dist cap and module in dist. Replaced coil. Replaced ECM Still does it. Radiator is not getting hot. But if outside temp gets above 70 it will run fine and then just randomly die. Will turn over but not start until it sits for about 30 minutes.Have replaced dist cap and module in dist. Replaced coil. Replaced ECM Still does it. Radiator is not getting hot. Yes, it could be. The crank sensor is responsible for a lot of jeeps not getting spark. First check if the green/black wire to the coil has voltage with key on. That is the primary current to coil. If voltage there, it could be the crank sensor. If no voltage to coil with key on, then problem is that computer is not sending power to the coil. That will have to be checked-there is a relay involved-the Automatic Shut Down relay in the under hood fuse-relay box.
the ignition module probly bad-replaces points and located in distributer area--batt must also read 12.6v and alternator must be healthy--fuses may not all be good--take a light tester to um--make sure inline safety fuse on the batt line is workn
take the dist. cap off and make sure it is turning when the motor turns over if not the dist. drive is bad also I think not for sure it has a cam sensor also
there is only two things left. the crank sensor that is located at the top of the transmission bellhousing or the pick up inside of the dist. it is that black plate that sits between the cap and the dist housing. hope that helps.
Did you replace the coil because it wouldn't start before? If it ran before, there must be a mis-connection somewhere. I assume by your stating that 'it turns but will not crank', to mean that the engine will crank over with the starter but won't start and run. True?
Take the distributor cap have someone crank the car and look if rotor turns, look at rotor conditions, I am sure that you have replaced it, hot wire from positive on the battery to positive on the coil, if car starts after you have a problem on the key, Is it fuel getting to the injectors? after You replaced so many things,if your rotor is not turning when You crank the engine, your timing chain must be defective or timing gear,
yes I tested all the fuses with a volt meter
Leads seam to be OK
timing belt is good
