It depends on your seating. My Windstar has bucket seats, and the very back is a bench type 3 seater. The middle row normally has 2 shoulder/lap belts. It really depends on the perks that the original owner opted for upon purchase. For instance my driver seat has a button on the right side to adjust the lumbar area of the seat.
Checking CarFAX will let you know if the vehicle has ever been in a major accident. Most people do not realize that after an accident, seat belts and their anchors should be replaced.

What is the sequence of a head bolt torque spec

I have worked on many Astro vans and most have a 4.3 litre V-6 engine. So I will give you the torque specs and sequence for that engine. If you have another one. Just let me know which one you have.
There are 13 bolts in each cyl. head. If you can see the bolts and notice from front to back there are 3 rows of bolts. On the outside closest to the spark plug there are 6 bolts in this row. There are 4 bolts in the middle row and 3 in the top row. We can number these bolts by which ones you torque first to last. Okay starting with the bottom row the first one towards the front is # 11 the next is # 7 then #3--#2--#6--#10. The middle row starting in front.. #12--#4--#1--#13 Then the top 3 from front to back are #8--#5--#9
I hope this is easy to understand. I have some more tips for you if you want. Such as if you use a metal head gasket, make sure you use some special sealant such as K&W copper coat. On both sides before installation. Also use some Permatex no. 2 on the threads of the head bolts. Torque all the bolts in sequence to 22 ft. pounds. Then on the long bolts an additional 75 degrees... on the medium length bolts...an additional 65 degrees... on the short ones... 55 degrees...I will tell you a secret no one seems to realize. Any bolt you torque and then put another degree turn on are STRETCH bolts. You should never reuse these bolts if they have been used. New bolts are supposed to be used. I know lots of people reuse the old bolts and have luck doing so. But why risk it. Do it right every time and you never need to worry. (as much) Good luck my friend and let me know how it turns out and if I can be of any other service.

Can the two middle row captain chairs be switched out for a 3 seater bench in a 2007 Kia Sedona?

If you have third row. Look at the slots in the floor. If the outer slots are the same distance apart, front and back, then you can. Some vans you can, but some the captains chair are spaced further apart.

Middle row back seats...how can I remove or collapse them, I know back seats fold completely to floor, but what about middle row?

first fold them flat then pull the handle which will release the rear bottom brackets and allow you to pull back and lift the entire seat out of the van....both seats.

My 2003 ford expo has a constant airbag light lit after starting the veh. I have a new sensor, can't figure out were 2put it.. Please help.

first, you need to read the Lamp Fault Code, LFC from the flashing light. Here's how:

Lamp Fault Codes
When the restraints control module (RCM) detects a system fault, it will cause the air bag indicator to flash a coded sequence: a lamp fault code (LFC). The code is two digits. The first digit is flashed with a 0.5 second interval between pulses. There is a 2 second pause before the second digit is flashed, which also has a 0.5 second interval between pulses. There is a 5 second pause between each display of an LFC.
Each LFC is flashed five times after which the air bag indictor will remain lit for the remainder of the key-on cycle. If there are multiple LFCs, each LFC will flash in order of priority.
-------------------------------------------------------
The fault could be in the air bag circuits, the canopy circuits, the pretensioner circuit on the seat belts, etc.
Report back with code.

here's some of system.

SECTION 501-20B: Supplemental Restraint System 2003 Expedition/Navigator Workshop Manual
DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION Air Bag and Safety Belt Pretensioner Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) The air bag supplemental restraint system (SRS) is designed to provide increased collision protection for front seat and second row outboard occupants in addition to that provided by the three-point safety belt system. Safety belt use is necessary to obtain the best occupant protection and to receive the full advantage of the SRS.
This vehicle line contains dual stage deployment (advanced restraint system) driver and front passenger air bag modules. These vehicles can also be equipped with optional safety canopies that deploy from the A-pillar to the C-pillar upon a side impact or if a rollover condition is detected. If equipped with safety canopies, a unique restraints control module (RCM) is used.

Replacing Spark Plugs

Remove the engine cowling inside to access the ones in the rear. The front ones can be accessed from the front of the engine compartment. One or two of the middle row plugs can be accessed most easily by jacking up the vehicle and removing the front tires. Make sure you follow all safety procedures and use jack stands.

Belt bypass too small

yes, there could be an "a/c delte" pulley out there that would go where the compressor was. double check that you are routing the belt right. all other pullies are the same. maybe your diagram is wrong or you are misinterpreting. (it happens to everyone) if you still can't get it, you can wrap a peice of string around all the pullies, measure the string, and ask for that size belt.
