I have no gauges working at all can you tell me if there is a fuse for this. I have checked several fuses labeled instrument cluster and none of them are it. I have also reseached fuse #44 that everyone says is a gauge fuse, for a 2003 F250 Super Duty gas truck this fuse does not exist. I have the spot for it but there is no fuse there. I am also looking for the fuse that works with the seat belt chime. Thanks for any help!!! Travis

Those fuses (circled in 2nd pic below) are in the central junction box, under dash on left side. Also check the 3 connectors at the instrument panel if it isn't the fuse.

Fuel gauge not working. fuel gauge not working

If your fuel gauge is not working, there are several potential reasons for this issue:
1. Faulty Fuel Sending Unit:
-The fuel sending unit is a component in the fuel tank that measures the amount of fuel and sends signals to the gauge.
2. Faulty Gauge or Instrument Cluster:
- The gauge itself or the entire instrument cluster may be malfunctional. Electrical issues, such as a blown fuse, could also be a factor.
3. Wiring Issues:
-Broken or damages wiring between the fuel sending unit, gauge, and instrument cluster can disrupt the communication and cause the gauge to malfunction.
4. Bad Ground Connection:
-A poor ground connection can lead to inaccurate readings on the fuel gauge. Check for loose or corroded ground connections.
5. Fuse Problem:
-A blown fuse in the vehicle's fuse box could disrupt the electrical circuit that powers the fuel gauge. Consult the vehicle's manual to locate and check the fuse related to fuel system.

Why does my dashboard gauge not work on my Nissan Maxima 1998

I may need more info? If none of gages on instrument cluster work, check voltage and ground circuit. Not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage, use test lite to check for voltage, the fuse on the left is hot all the time. The one in middle goes hot with key on. The fuse on the right appears to be for cluster lamps. The ground wire for instrument cluster is black.
I can't rule out problem with instrument cluster, itself?

None of my gauges are working ion my dash

Intermittent gauges usually mean a bad ground connection for the gauges. Things to check: look for multiple ground connections at one screw to chassis frame & tighten it; check large connector at rear of instrument cluster for good connection; replace gauges fuse - it can be cracked. If none of those work, than instrument cluster circuit board will probably have to be replaced - which means removing the cluster.

Instrument cluster stopped working

Check the fuse panel to see if you have a fuse labeled instrument cluster or gauges, if not on the side of the dashboard (or underneath) check under the hood the relay box and look for your problem there. If none of these, then take it to an electrician to have them check it out.

The car runs but the instrument gauges do not work; therefore I can not tell how much gas, what speed running, oil pressure etc. The panel was changed then the Body Mount Module was replaced. the gauges...

Start by checking the fuse for the dashboard displays. Even if it looks good, replace the fuse with another. Sometimes fuses can actually fail without looking blown. If the fuse is good, then the instrucment cluster ground wire may have come off. If everything is plugged with one master DIN plug, then that may be loose. If none of these, then the circuit board in the instrument panel may be defective.
