Passenger side window

My passenger side window will only roll down/ not up my passenger side window. My driver side window will roll down and up my driver side window, but not my passenger side window. I bought a driver side master switch., only to find out that that was not the problem and, I was out a good chunk of money for nothing. I don't know where to go from here w/o dishing out a bunch more money and othere than looking for a short somewhere. I am looking for advise. Could someone please help??????? Thank You.

I have 2003 Pontiac Montana. Passenger side window not responding to drivers side button. Next day passenger side window stopped responding to passenger side button.

It could be a bad swich on the passenger side because they comunicate each other, or sometiems the wiring brake just by the door where all the wiring goes to the boddy you need to open the black hose with a nife and look for broken wiring circuits

Passenger window wont roll down with either switch but motor is good and getting power

New switch for the passenger side. The drivers side switch may be wired through the passengers side switch witch will make it not work if the passengers side switch is bad. Just a thought. Hope this helps.

Passenger windown wont roll up or down, motor good

If the passenger side switch is bad it wont complete the circuit to operate the window. Recommend trying a known good passenger switch.

Hi the passenger side window rolled down one day and wouldnt roll back up so we did some checking and discovered the motor was good so we figured,and was told it probably was the master switch on the...

Need to get a wiring diagram. Buy a book and follow the wiring schematic. It should help you out majorly. Can't really work on electrical issues without one.

problem can be the door switches or the tracks
On most vehicles all of the motors get power from the master switch in the drivers door

Passenger window rolls down window but does not roll up

replace the switch. They have parts made of plastic pressing on the contacts softing these babies up making them useless in a few years

you have two wires broken inside rubber boot between drivers door and body of jeep
