I have a mazda tribute 2002 .and i hit a big dip and now under the engine sounds like a go kart.it looks like the exust pipe next to the oil filter has poped off

It sounds like you cracked/broke your exhaust pipe. Best thing to do is find an exhaust shop that can go in and weld the pipes back together. If you broke one of your exhaust hangers and the pipes are lower than they should be they can take care of that for you too.

Exhaust pipes do not pop off, they break off. You will need to replace that section of exhaust pipe, that broke off, to get a quiet running vehicle once again.
