Best advice is to remove the add on alarm ,but if its an add on alarm they often malfunction ,failing which some t`ypes of alarm have a button inside the alarm and you press the button inside and the fob to re programme it

I have a bmw 318i that wont crank after battery went completely dead... I got a boost and battery charged yet nothing has worked.

MAKE SURE CAR DONT HAVE A ALARM.WHEN YOU HAVE A AFTER MARKET ALARM AND BATTERY GOES DEAD OR IS DISCONNECTED,SOMETIMES IT ARMS ITSELF N WILL NOT CRANK.

The alarm isnt working... car wont start, buttons wont work!

Just a possibility, but a discharged battery could be the culprit. Do the headlights come on brightly? Will the horn blow normally? A 'dead' battery will usually have enough power to illuminate LED warning lights, while not having enough current to operate the starter/door solenoids, etc. Have somebody test the battery voltage to be sure.
