When you open the door there should be a tringle trim cover at the rough place where the mirror joins to the car.
once you remove the trim (normally by popping it off or sliding it up or a mixture) there should be 2 or 3 nuts. remove the nuts and the hole wing mirror can be removed from the car. note sometime the connector behind the tringle trim cover or behind the door trim itself. be care when removing the wing mirror not to catch the wires

I had the same problem in my wife's 2003 Yukon Denali. The power seats and passengers side window wouldn't work. Turned out to be a blown Buss Type fuse in the Underhood Fuse Block. It is the one marked MBEC 1 50amp. Hard to tell if the are blown so look very carefully. Should look like a hoop with two shiny solderlooking bubbles on either side. On my blown fuse, it caught my attention because it looked like the solder was missing and I had to look very closely to see the bottom of the "hoop" was open. They are very hard to remove and must be pulled straight up.
This type of fuse looks like a red square with a clear plastic top showing the fuse link under the plastic. On my vehicle it is on the top row second one from the left.

On my '97, there was a triangular shaped piece of plastic on the inside trim that had to be removed. I think all three mounting screws were under that. It's been a few years, but I think that was how it was done.
I remember it was pretty easy though.
how do i replace the side mirror on 94 acura integra

Try looking underneath the arm that runs from the mounting bracket to the mirror itself. You would be looking for a small allen or torx slotted screw. It will probably be metric if its an allen screw. I don't have anything that new so there is a possibility that it is covered with a piece of plastic molding which you should be able to pop off with a little patience and fiddling. Hope this helps.
