Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Triggered on first occurrence.
Wiring open or short to ground.
Transmission range (TR) sensor.

take it to an auto parts store and allow them to put it on a computer they can tell you what cause it to light and reset it for you aswell

Any time these lights come on there is need for concern. I'd suggest you take it back to the place which repaired the car and have them fix it.

you will have to have the code read on an obd machine,Autozone does it for free

You indicator light is telling you that it has codes ready to indicate what the problem is, or what the problem your computer thinks exists. Autozone or a place of the same sort would be happy to hook up their code reader to you OBD-II port and see what those codes are, for no charge.

Check your CAPS LOCK as that may be the problem.

go to autozne and have them do free engine computer scan. They will tell you fault codes.

Or, try disconnecting the battery for 1/2 hour. Then reconnect and drive 10 miles. It may have fixed itself already.
MIL light on is not a big issue. only if flashing
