Coolant went somewhere, think maybe sniff at the tailpipe to see if it is leaking into any combustion chambers. Will definitely smell of antifreeze if it is going out the exhaust. If not take a look on the bottom of the oil filler cap, if it is foamy then the coolant is sneaking into the lubrication system. In any event it is going somewhere and a fix soon is necessary.

Np200 coolant light comes on then into limp mode why

The red coolant light coming on and the vehicle going into limp mode is typically an indication of a problem with the engine's coolant system. This could be caused by a number of things, such as a low coolant level, a malfunctioning coolant sensor, a leaking radiator, a faulty water pump, or a problem with the vehicle's engine control system. It's also possible that the problem could be caused by a malfunctioning sensor, such as a coolant temperature sensor, that is not being picked up by the diagnostic tool. It's best to have a mechanic diagnose the issue to determine the cause and make any necessary repairs.

Red coolant light blinking!!!

Might be the water pump! Take it back and tell them they need to do it right.

Coolant leak, unknown location

There is a compression tester for the radiator. It is a special cap that fits on and you pump it up. This will allow you to look for the leak with the engine cold and not running.

1996 Dodge Ram 1500 leaking coolant

Probably the water pump. You should see coolant coming from the vent hole on the pump--usually on the bottom.

1995 A4, red thermostat light related to cooling system has gone on. There was steam coming through the hood today. Does this need to go to a dealer immeditately? Is there any way I can add coolant?

There is a leak in your cooling system. Take it to the dealer or mechanic; it needs to be replaced.

Adding coolant would probably prevent it from overheating, since it sounds like you could be leaking coolant. But you will want to get it fixed immediately. Wouldn't want to be stuck in traffic while you have a cooling system leak, only for the engine to overheat and having to buy another engine.

Low coolant light is coming on. Fill coolant and within 3 days it is gone but there are not leaks on the ground. Replaced radiator. Timing is also off. when drive between 15-20 the jeep sputers.

You could possibly have a leaky or blown head gasket. Do you notice any smoke or steam coming from the exhaust? Also check your oil and make sure its clean or black. If its milky brown then the coolant could be going into the engine.

Low coolant level light comes and goes off, but never over heats.temperature gauges has gone up halfway, but never in red area.what could be the problem

you never want the temperature guage at the red, at this time usually something major becomes damaged. Check your coolant level, if low inspect hoses, radiator, waterpump for leaks.

So yea i have a low coolant light on again i replaced the intake manifold last year and sometimes the light would go on and off but the fluid remained in the reservoir.. so the light came on the other day...

Easy way to tell if the intake is leaking internally would be to check the oil level because typically if it is leaking it runs through the engine and down into the oil pan.If the oil level is higher then normal then the intake gaskets leaking is a good possibilty. Another suggestion is checking the color of the exhaust coming out the tail pipe.Normal exhaust is white/grayish color and not normally thick and coolant escaping out the exhaust is typically a heavy white smoke. In addition that kind of exhaust would indicate a head gasket leaking. If you don't see thick white exhaust but the oil level is high the intake is probably leaking again.
