Not on the paint, not in the radiator nor coolant overflow, not in the wiper washer reservoir, not in the transmission, not in the crankcase, not in the power steering pump. That leaves only one more hole, usually on the firewall near the hood's bottom when closed and more or less in a straight line with where your foot would be when placed on the brake. Will be a cap, most likely black plastic, which unscrews from the top of an opaque reservoir. Should be some type of fill mark on the side. If the reservoir is empty and the brake light on then have it towed to a shop.

Brakes will not bleed, air in lines, not getting fluid to brakes

check the brake booster a lot of times they will leak on the inside of the firewall and run down under the carpet inseide look under the dash where the brake pedal rod goes thru the fire wall and see if there is and brake fluid coming thru
to bleed brakes by myself i use a bottle of brake fluid and get a hose the size of the bleeder on the brakes and put the hose over it and put the other end in the brake fluid open the bleader a little and pump the brakes air goes out and it will pull the fluid back in

I have a 2002 pontiac grand prix. my e-brake light will stay on when the e-brake is not on.

Check your brake fluid level. Low fluid levels will cause the brake light to come on. If the fluid is not low, there could be a problem with the emergency brake light switch or the brake fluid level sensor.

2000 Lincoln ls where do you put break fluid in

The brake fluid goes in the brake master cylinder. (Fluid Reservoir)

There are pictures on pages 197 and 198 in the Owner's Manual (depending on which engine you have) they will show you exactly where this reservoir is located.

If you do not have an Owner's Manual, you can download a FREE PDF version: click HERE.

Also note that you should NEVER have to add brake fluid to your car. If the fluid level is low, then there is a leak in the system that MUST be diagnosed and repaired IMMEDIATELY! Failure to immediately repair a fluid leak in a brake hydraulic system can lead to serious personal injury, property damage, or DEATH!

Where do you put the brake fluid on this car? Because, my car is making a grinding sound when I put my foot on the brake.

The grinding noise probably means you need to put new brakes on. If you fill the brake fluid reservoir, and then change the brakes, the new fluid will run out anyways, because the new brakes will have to be put in, and the fluid will run out.
