How to set clock on Toyota cassette player? I can see hrs, mins and set written just on top of the keys but didn't find a way to use these upper function of buttons.

Unlikely cassette clock is draining the battery, but there may be other drains.
Pull all the fuses, and while the key is out, use an amp meter to measure draw though where each fuse goes....
Find a button called RDS and push it. The clock will show HRS, then use the arrow button for tuning to change the numerals. Hit RDS again and the MINS will appear and lay on the arrow key until the correct time is set. Then hit RDS and it should just show the time.
Without knowing which radio you have??? I will guess. With the radio OFF, push the SET button, now use the Seek/Scan buttons to change the time. when done, push the set button again.

Need to have the key in the accy ( or run ) position.
On the Cassette version, there is a CLK button on the right side of the radio face, press this, and then use the seek button to increase / decrease the time. Pressing CLK again takes it to the min setting, Do not press a button for 10-15 seconds, and the display will return to normal.
single CD, CD changer, and Cassette /CD changer versions, the RDS button is what is used to get to the time setting, using the select button to change the hours, press RDS again to get to the min.
