What is the cause of water leak passenger side floor of 2011 toyota?

I had similar on 02 Highlander. Source was leak from around window trim (rust) and roof racks connector entering and going down the windshield post behind the trim. Gently remove the interior plastic trim piece to the right of the windshield to see any water coming down there. Find source, disassemble whatever is required and use good sealant like supra expert.

Driver's side window is stuck down. how do i disassemble the door to get at the window?

There are a number of things that unscrew first, like the hand rest, the window knob, the plastic behind the door release, etc.
Then you unsnap plastic plugs about every 8 inches around the bottom, front, and back of the panel. The top of the door panel basically just hooks over the door, on the ledge next to the window. So you slide it up and out. They there is a plastic membrane to keep rain from soaking the panel. Then you should be able to see the window and what is wrong with it. You will probably want to disconnect the 2 bolts at the bottom, so that you can manipulate the window up and down by hand until you figure out what jammed.

Im losing anti freeze i looked under the car and

If the engine is the same as the 2002 Impala 3.8L engine, the problem is most likely cracked connectors where the coolant enters the engine block. There are two L-shaped plastic connectors that connect the coolant lines through the metal block attached to the tensioner arm to the engine block. Common problem and parts are available from the dealer for under $20, but takes several hours of disassembling and specific torque specs. Just replaced mine over the summer.

2000 BMW 323i windshield washer fluid won't work

Had the same problem with my 2001 330ci. If not used frequently the pump will get waterlogged and allow fluid to seep into the motor. I was able to disassemble, clean, and rebuild my pump but I would recommend replacing it, it is not expensive at around $20-30 and easy to change.

The washer pump is inserted into a hole on the washer tank itself. It is an interference fit so it will pop out. If you have significant amount of fluid in the tank it will leak out of the hole. There should be one hose connected with a clamp and one electrical connector. I believe there may be a plastic shroud covering it which needs to be unsnapped.

Good luck!
