Your running lights which come on when you are in drive should be the ones flashing when you use the key FOB to lock or unlock vehicle not your head lights. Although unusual maybe both low beam head lights are burnt out or a bad ground, that the only thing that makes sense to me.
First find (if your car have) this
and turn the right rolled to the smallest number. If that dont help, use the screw on head lihgt to adjust the light beam.
There may be a relay that operates the low beam lights, check the owners manual to see if there is a relay, you should be able to hear it go "click" if there is one.
theres a chance both of the low beam bulbs went out pretty close to the same time. if you have a test light check to see if you have power at the bulb connector with the lights turnd on
you dont need to take out the whole assembly, you should be able to get to the bulb after removing the rear cover for the light.
You may also have to push the metal clip towards the front of the car,
and then push it to the side. Also, remove the female connector first.
