No. Save yourself some money! Do get it fixed though because if you do not, there is no lubrication and the bearings will give out and send the pulley flying into the radiator or worse. If you would like instructions on how to perform this repair, let me know.

Really stupid question but did you get the correct belt and did you adjust the belt tensioner? On vehicles with spring type tensioner it must be pried back and then released. Slide type tensioners are usually either part of the pump bracket or alternator bracket assembly.

I think any dealer would have these on hand; if my memory is working right, these did have to be a specific class and will need to be torqued carefully to avoid stripping the female threads.

just replace the pulley it is cheaper take to autostore that has a press and they can press the new one on (try autozone.com to see if they have your car listed for diagrams pictures and step by step instructions if your car is not listed then try your local library they have all the car manuals and even copy them for you)

Have you checked your tie rods? Possibility one is either bent or broken, I've seen it before on TB's. That pulley shaft is a common problem to break, especially when cold out. PS pumps/pulley shafts and tie rods will snap if doing donuts in the snow with the steering wheel cranked, or off-roading. The PS is completely mechanical, no fuses or relays.
